the matchstick was from the same hote lwhere he invited her....
ReplyDeletethe girl removed one matchstick from the letter "O" which have four matchsticks and turned the three matchsticks to letter "A" and put the matchstick she removed on the letter "L" to form a letter "U". Now the puzzle word "HOTEL" becomes a two word "HATE U" which is the answer of the girl why she didn`t come to the hotel.

H is made as F
One match stick is removed from O to make it C
T, E, L remain same but positions are changed.
So girl has replied conveying the relation has broken - CLEFT..
